Terms of Use
Hi! I know I know -- the dreaded terms of use .. lol .. actually my terms of use
are pretty basic and pretty much like all others you might come across .. lol
.. but I decided that I better have these here just in case .. lol .. so without
further ado .. they are below:

General and Overall Terms
1. I do not have to sell anything to anyone that I choose not to sell to.
If you have been found to abuse other's terms of use and/or copy/steal/abuse
other people's work I am not going to sell you anything or allow you membership
to my site.
2. You don't have to have a website to join my member's area or my monthly
sigtag club; if you do have a website, you must give me the URL.
3. If you have a website, you must display my website logo/your membership
license on your site within 7 days of joining (this applies to the members' area
and also to the monthly sigtag club). I will randomly check this and if I
find that you do not have your membership license posted I will send you
notification giving you 3 days to get it there, if it still doesn't happen your
membership will be blocked to my site.
4. If your membership expires with my site and you continue to use items from my
site you must keep your member's logo to my site posted on your website.
5. You are not allowed to share your user name and/or password with anyone at
all for any reason whatsoever! If I find that you have done this, I will
cancel your membership with my site immediately without any type of refund.
6. Once you have logged in using your user name and password there will
not be any refunds given.
7. I may change these terms of use as I see fit.
Sigtags, Blog Bits, Extras, Stationery, Tubepacks, Lines, Websets
1. Do not claim work as your own
2. Do not make any changes at all
3. When using, make sure and link back to my site: www.julespixels.com
4. They can be used to decorate your website and in email or even can be used in
forums.
5. Do not share with anyone, these have been made specifically for you only!
6. You must create something with the tubes from the tubepack, not just adding
text.
7. When purchasing tubepacks from me "AS IS" you must have a website and you
must display my logo with the purchased AS IS tubepack giving credit back to
Jules Pixels as well as to the original creator of the lines that I tubed.
(this information will be on the logo of the purchased tubepack)
8. You may color/shade the lines that I have drawn and use finished item for end
use only unless you have a tubing license from me then you are allowed to
color/shade the lines and offer them for sale as tubepacks. You are not
allowed to change anything at all on the lines that I have drawn.
9. You are not allowed to share the websets that I have created with anyone but
you are allowed to use them at your site, making sure to leave all credits.
As Is Lines
1. When I place in the member's area lines that I have received
and/or purchased 'as is' you are allowed to use these lines
for your use only - you are not allowed to tube the lines and offer the tubes to
anyone else unless you have a tubing license from me.
2. You are not allowed to share the 'as is' lines with anyone!
3. You are allowed to color these lines and make your own creations with them,
i.e. sigtags, stationery, websets, blog bits, etc. - in other words - end use
only.
4. When using the 'as is' lines that I am offering here please make sure and
link back to my site as well as to the site where the 'as is' lines came from. I
will have the logo for each individual site with the specific lines that I will
share with you.
As is Tubes
1. When I place in the member's area tubes that I have received
and/or purchased 'as is' you are allowed to use these tubes to make sigtags,
websets, blog bits, etc. but you must add something to the tube, not just text.
2. You are not allowed to share the 'as is' tubes with anyone!
3. When you do use any of the 'as is' tubes, make sure and credit back to the
original creator of the tubes, as well as credit back to Jules Pixels. I will
have the appropriate logo with each 'as is' tube set that I may offer to you.
